Bai Thom is a commune with a large area and scattered hamlets, making it impossible to gather all students at a single central school. As a result, the commune maintains three satellite campuses, with schools offering both primary and secondary education levels.
Recognizing this reality—and in line with its strong commitment to social responsibility—CityLand Group continues to prioritize support for education and training. Motivated by the desire to improve both the learning environment and the daily lives of teachers and students in Bai Thom, CityLand Group decided to sponsor VND 17 billion to build a new, modern school facility.
On this occasion, CityLand Phu Quoc, a representative of CityLand Group, visited and presented gifts to Bai Thom Primary and Secondary School. The group donated 112 school uniforms and five 65-inch televisions to the Rach Tram campus and Bai Thom Primary and Secondary School, with the total value of the gifts amounting to approximately VND 107 million.
As a result, 120 students at Rach Tram School Campus now have access to a well-equipped and spacious learning environment, replacing the previously severely deteriorated facility. Teaching and learning at this remote school are expected to see significant improvements.

The newly built, modern Rach Tram School Campus—valued at VND 17 billion—has officially opened.
In a moment of heartfelt joy, Principal Nguyen Van Trung shared: “Myself, along with the entire teaching staff and parents in the area, are truly thrilled and grateful that, starting this school year, we now have an additional modern and well-equipped school site where teachers and students can teach and learn in comfort. This has been a long-standing hope for all of us.”
A representative of the CityLand Phu Quoc leadership also shared: “Building schools is one of CityLand Group’s core initiatives in our mission to remove educational barriers for children in Bai Thom, Phu Quoc. This initiative is not only about building a physical structure, but about igniting hope and nurturing dreams, empowering students to strive for excellence and become valuable members of society. We’re not just constructing schools—we are laying the foundation for a brighter future for these children.”

Teachers and students of Bai Thom Primary and Secondary School receive meaningful gifts from the sponsor.
With a guiding principle rooted in sharing social responsibility through its own core values, CityLand Group is committed to building stronger, more modern schools with improved facilities—especially in economically challenged areas where support is most needed. The newly built school for the teachers and students of Rach Tram campus stands as a symbol of the power of knowledge, unity, and compassion.
This meaningful initiative is also a message CityLand Group wishes to convey to all teachers and students: beyond educational quality, the joy and well-being of teachers and pupils can radiate outward, inspiring positivity and building a brighter future.
