SUMMER 2023 – A MEANINGFUL SEASON FILLED WITH BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES FOR CITYLAND GROUP EMPLOYEES

On August 26–27, 2023, the CityLand Group Labor Union organized a meaningful summer retreat to the beautiful coastal city of Phan Thiết for all employees, following a period of hard work and creativity. The memories and emotions from this 2023 trip will surely remain deeply etched in the hearts of every participant.

This year, the CityLand Group team chose Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiết as their summer getaway destination.

A Journey Full of Excitement

As part of the activities celebrating the company’s 20th anniversary, and continuing the emotional theme of “20 Years of Proud Youth” — a meaningful time in every person’s life — this trip was more than just a vacation. It was an opportunity to strengthen bonds between team members, foster unity, recharge energy, and prepare for a powerful comeback in the remaining four months of the year.

The journey began with eager anticipation. At 7:00 AM on August 26, 2023, the buses rolled out, filled with laughter, vibrant team games, and cheerful singing, setting the tone for a youthful and energetic adventure ahead.

Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the city, the CityLand Group family set off on a nearly 200-kilometer journey — and arrived at their well-deserved retreat in Phan Thiết, where the blue sea, golden sunshine, and white sandy shores awaited.

Gala Dinner & Unforgettable Emotions

The Gala Dinner was undeniably the most anticipated moment of the day for all CityLand Group employees. It was a time when everyone came together — not just to celebrate, but to feel.

There were emotional pauses as we watched the heartfelt video recounting the journey of CityLand Group — from its early days to the proud milestones we’ve achieved together. The film reignited a deep sense of pride in the projects we’ve brought to life and offered a powerful glimpse into the future: bold aspirations and strategic directions that will elevate CityLand Group into a multi-industry corporation.

A Gala Night to Remember – A Heartfelt Summer Journey with the CityLand Group Family

The Gala Dinner began with an opening toast from a representative of the Board of Directors, setting the tone for an energetic and joyful evening. The night was brought to life with vibrant musical performances by our own talented CityLand Group members, paired with interactive Q&A sessions led by the lively MC from Travel One, our tour partner — all of which added an extra spark to the event.

The highlight of the evening was a touching short video, capturing the unique “puzzle pieces” that make up CityLand Group. Each individual is a distinct color, a unique personality, and together we are painting a vivid picture of success — marking 20 proud years of youthful dedication and achievement.

The summer getaway concluded on a high note, leaving each member with unforgettable, heartfelt memories — warm hugs, cheerful laughter, friendly handshakes, shared sweat, and pure happiness. These emotions were distilled into lasting impressions, creating a beautiful mark in every participant’s heart.
