CityLand Group Commends 162 Employees’ Children for Outstanding Academic Achievements in the 2023–2024 School Year

For many years, CityLand Group has placed strong emphasis on supporting the mental and emotional well-being of employees’ children. This initiative is considered one of the company’s key activities to encourage staff, foster peace of mind at work, and contribute to the overall development of the organization.

On June 22, 2024, CityLand Group held a commendation ceremony to honor the children of employees who achieved outstanding academic results during the 2023–2024 school year.

At the event, the students enjoyed a variety of engaging activities, lively performances, and a festive gathering featuring their favorite treats—all thoughtfully organized by the Human Resources and Administration Departments. Adding to the meaningfulness of the occasion, each child personally received their award, gift, and a charming commemorative token from the Executive Board.

With a variety of meaningful activities and the enthusiastic participation of the children, the program took place in a joyful and heartwarming atmosphere. The bright smiles and carefree laughter of the little ones brought a vibrant, cheerful energy to the event. Even more touching were the tender moments of parents lovingly caring for and supporting their children throughout the day.

During a heartfelt conversation with the students, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tài – Deputy General Director of CityLand Group – praised their efforts and achievements in both academics and personal growth over the past school year.

“The accomplishments of our children are the result of not only their own dedication but also the encouragement and support of their families, who have created favorable conditions and nurturing environments for their learning and development,” Mr. Tài shared. He also reminded the students that education is a long journey, one that requires continuous effort, discipline, and growth—not only in knowledge and skills but also in values. In the years ahead, he hopes they will continue to excel, enhancing their intellectual, physical, and emotional capabilities, and building a strong sense of self-discipline—allowing parents to focus on their work with peace of mind and contribute to the success of CityLand.
