I. Main Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Orientation and Planning

– Advise the Group’s Executive Board on the company’s business development strategy and marketing strategy.
– Develop business and marketing objectives and plans in line with the Group’s leadership direction.
– Operate and take responsibility for the overall performance of the Commercial Division, including the Sales and Marketing Departments.

II. Requirements:

– University degree or higher in marketing, commerce, business administration, or related fields.
– Experience: At least 5 years of management experience at corporations or multi-sector companies domestically and internationally, preferably in leading real estate enterprises.
– In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese and international real estate markets as well as related ecosystems.
– Strong understanding of market research and analysis methods.
– Proficient in applying commercial, sales, business development, and marketing strategies.
– Experience in asset management, hospitality, resort services, and education is a plus.
– Capable of building and expanding networks with individuals, organizations, and partners on a global scale.
– Excellent leadership and management skills.
– Strategic planning and execution skills.
– Ability to oversee and manage complex, large-scale, medium- and long-term projects.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.
