CITYLAND GROUP ON THE PATH TO BECOMING VIETNAM’S LEADING MULTI-SECTOR CORPORATION

With 21 years of establishment and development (July 8, 2003 – July 8, 2024), CityLand Group’s multi-sector strategy is considered a key driver, empowering the company to rise above changes and challenges on its new journey toward sustainable growth.

1. At CityLand Group, the desire for change is an endless source of inspiration.

When it comes to real estate investment and development, people often think of massive sales figures, towering skyscrapers, and bustling urban complexes. But for CityLand Group, the story of real estate development takes on a completely different meaning. It is a story of bold aspirations for change driven by creative thinking — a journey that touches people's hearts and creates truly sustainable values.

From its earliest days, CityLand Group has carried a deep desire to transform the urban landscape, offering living spaces that are not only luxurious but also humane and environmentally friendly. This aspiration has become an endless source of inspiration, fueling the entire team to continuously innovate and think beyond the conventional.

The desire for change goes beyond building beautiful structures. It’s about creating thriving communities where people can truly experience peace and happiness. Every project by CityLand Group is more than just concrete and steel — it is a home, a place where dreams are nurtured and brought to life.

2. Crafting Desirable Urban Living Spaces

Over the past decade, CityLand Group has made a significant mark on the Ho Chi Minh City real estate market with a series of high-end projects. One notable example is CityLand Riverside – a premium mixed-use development of townhouses, villas, and apartments located in District 7.

CityLand Riverside is nestled alongside the Ca Cam River, offering a refreshing and airy atmosphere.

In Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City, CityLand stands out with three signature projects: CityLand Park Hills, CityLand Center Hills, and CityLand Garden Hills. These developments have revitalized the northern part of Saigon, creating a distinctive highlight with closed urban complexes featuring European-style townhouses and modern high-rise buildings. Surrounded by lush greenery, these projects are thoughtfully designed with wide internal roads, landscaped parks, scenic ponds, and a full range of integrated amenities.

A key highlight that sets CityLand Group’s projects apart from most others is the completion of all legal documentation — with individual pink books (land use rights certificates) already issued for each unit. This legal transparency and assurance of property ownership are crucial factors contributing to customer satisfaction and confidence, enabling them to make informed decisions when choosing real estate developed by CityLand Group.

3. Building a Sustainable Future

Over the past two decades, CityLand Group has steadily established itself as a reputable multi-industry corporation. The Group is actively building a comprehensive ecosystem centered around its key pillars: Real Estate – Hospitality – Education – Healthcare – Construction – Architectural & Interior Design – and Infrastructure Development.

In addition, the success of the CityLand Tower office building marks a significant milestone for CityLand Group in the commercial real estate sector. As the largest office complex in Go Vap District, CityLand Tower is designed to meet international standards.

Following this success, CityLand Group continues to make strong investments in the Park Hills Palace project. This building is quickly becoming a focal point for many businesses and reputable brands. With its neoclassical European architecture, prime location, and exceptional amenities, Park Hills Palace not only meets the demand for premium commercial space but also offers a distinguished experience for all clients.

With the goal of accelerating investment and collaboration with reputable international partners in this new journey, CityLand Education (a member company of CityLand Group) has formed a strategic partnership with EHL, the world’s leading hospitality management school from Switzerland. EHL’s Vocational Education & Training Licensing (VET) program is a skills-based training model built upon Switzerland’s standardized competency framework, recognized as one of the best education models globally.

The vocational education and training arm of CityLand Education within the international-standard EHL training center system is the Hotel Academy Vietnam, which currently operates two campuses in Phu Quoc and Ho Chi Minh City. This is also the first EHL VET center in Vietnam.

Appreciating the opportunity for strategic cooperation with CityLand Group and optimistic about the future of Vietnam’s hospitality and tourism industry, EHL believes this partnership will foster a unique hospitality education community in the region, offering students an education that meets the highest international standards.

In the near future, CityLand Group will place greater emphasis on architectural design and infrastructure development, continuing to build sustainable projects and collaborating with world-renowned hotel management groups to operate and manage premier hospitality real estate projects across Vietnam. This expansion not only affirms the brand’s credibility with both domestic and international partners but also underscores CityLand Group’s strategy of continuous growth and global outreach.

CityLand Group’s 21-year journey of shaping a prosperous life will continue to make a lasting impact on both local and international communities. Through innovative and effective initiatives, CityLand Group is poised to become a sustainable multi-sector corporation in Vietnam, contributing to the creation of an increasingly modern and civilized society.
