CITYLAND_SENIOR INTERNAL CONTROL EXPERT

I. Main Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Direction and Planning

– Advise the Group’s Executive Board on the company’s business development direction, strategy, and marketing strategy.

– Develop business and marketing objectives and plans in alignment with the Group’s Executive Board’s orientation.

– Manage and take responsibility for the overall operational efficiency of the Commercial Division, including the Business Department and the Marketing Department.

II. Requirements:

– University graduate or higher, majoring in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

– Experience: At least 5 years of management experience in similar positions at conglomerates or multi-industry companies, both domestically and internationally; preference given to top enterprises in the real estate sector.

– In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese and international real estate markets, as well as the real estate-related ecosystem.

– Deep understanding of market research and analysis methods.

– Proficient and flexible in applying commercial, sales, business development, and marketing strategies.

– Experience in asset management, hospitality services, resorts, and education is a plus.

– Capable of building and developing a network of relationships with individuals, organizations, and partners globally.

– Excellent leadership and management skills.

– Strong skills in planning and executing strategic plans.

– Ability to oversee and manage complex, large-scale, mid- and long-term projects.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.
